Aprondoc

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Aprondoc and the document kits it generates. By using the service, you agree to them. Aprondoc is a trading name; a registered entity may be named here in future.

These terms are a starting point, not legal advice. Have them reviewed by a qualified professional for your jurisdiction before you rely on them.

What we provide

Aprondoc generates customizable business document templates from the answers you provide. The documents are produced by an automated system and are intended as general, editable starting points.

Not professional advice

The kits are general business templates. They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, medical, or other professional advice, and using them does not create any professional relationship. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting every document for your business, location, and applicable laws, and for consulting a qualified professional where appropriate.

Your responsibilities

License to use your kit

Once your purchase is complete, you may use, edit, and share the documents generated for you within your own business. You may not resell or redistribute the kits themselves as a competing product, or represent the templates as professional advice you are licensed to give.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service — for example, by attempting to overload it, scrape it with automated tools, bypass usage limits, or generate unlawful content.

Payment and refunds

Payment is handled by Stripe. Kits are a final sale, subject to the delivery guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

Disclaimers

The service and the documents are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t warrant that the documents will be error-free or suitable for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aprondoc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the documents. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the kit in question.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We’ll revise the date below when we make changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
