- What do I get?
- A kit of ready-to-use business documents, customized to the answers you provide. You can preview a sample for free before you pay, and the full kit unlocks the rest.
- What file formats do the documents come in?
- Every document is delivered as both a PDF and an editable DOCX (Microsoft Word) file.
- Can I edit the documents?
- Yes. The DOCX files are fully editable in Word, Google Docs, or any compatible editor — change the wording, add your logo, and adapt them to your business.
- How is my kit delivered?
- Instantly. Download links appear on the order confirmation page right after payment, and we also email them to the address you used at checkout.
- My kit email didn't arrive — what should I do?
- First, check your spam or promotions folder. You can also return to the order confirmation page from your purchase: the download links live there too. Those links are signed and valid for about an hour — just refresh the page to generate fresh links. If you still can’t get your files, email support@aprondoc.com.
- Is this legal or professional advice?
- No. Aprondoc provides general business templates, not legal, tax, or other professional advice. Review and adapt each document for your business and local laws — see our Terms.
- Can I get a refund?
- Kits are a final sale, but if we fail to deliver and can’t fix it, you get a full refund. See the Refund Policy for details.
- Something went wrong with my order — how do I reach a human?
- Email support@aprondoc.com for delivery or download problems. This inbox is monitored for order issues; it isn’t a live chat or consulting service. Include your checkout email so we can find your order.
