Refund Policy
Aprondoc kits are digital products, customized to your answers and delivered instantly. Because of that, sales are final — with one important exception: if we fail to deliver, you get your money back.
Final sale
Each kit is generated on demand from the details you provide and delivered to you immediately. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse — for example, changing your mind after purchase, or deciding the documents aren’t what you wanted. You can preview a sample of your kit for free before paying, so you know what you’re getting.
If we fail to deliver
If something on our end prevents delivery and we can’t fix it, you are entitled to a full refund. First, reach out so we can try to re-send or regenerate your kit — that’s usually the fastest path. If we still can’t get you a working kit, we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method via Stripe.

EU / UK customers
Digital products that are delivered immediately are normally exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. By purchasing, you ask us to begin delivery right away and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once we start delivering your kit. This does not affect your statutory rights where the product is faulty or not as described.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 15 business days to appear.
