This policy explains what Aprondoc (“we”, “us”) collects when you generate a document kit, how we use it, and the third parties that help us run the service. Aprondoc is a trading name; a registered entity may be named here in future.

Aprondoc sells general business templates. This page describes our data practices but is not legal advice — please have it reviewed for your jurisdiction before relying on it.

Who processes your data

We use a small set of trusted providers (sub-processors) solely to operate the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Retention

We keep your order record, answers, and generated files for as long as needed to deliver the product, let you re-download it, and handle support and accounting. You can ask us to delete your data (see below); we’ll honor the request except where we’re required to keep certain records (for example, tax records of a sale).

Your choices and requests

To access, correct, or delete your data, email support@aprondoc.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We’ll revise the date below when we do.
