Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Aprondoc (“we”, “us”) collects when you generate a document kit, how we use it, and the third parties that help us run the service. Aprondoc is a trading name; a registered entity may be named here in future.

Aprondoc sells general business templates. This page describes our data practices but is not legal advice — please have it reviewed for your jurisdiction before relying on it.

What we collect

Your email address — to send your receipt and the links to download your kit.
Questionnaire answers — the business details you enter (such as business name, location, services, and any notes) so we can customize your documents.
Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number; we only receive a payment confirmation and the email you give Stripe.
Technical data — your IP address and basic request information, used to prevent abuse (for example, rate-limiting free previews) and to diagnose delivery problems.

How we use it

To generate and deliver the document kit you requested.
To email your receipt and download links.
To protect the service against abuse and runaway costs.
To investigate and fix delivery or generation problems.

Who processes your data

We use a small set of trusted providers (sub-processors) solely to operate the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Stripe — payment processing and receipts.
OpenAI — generates your documents from the answers you provide. Data sent through OpenAI’s API is not used to train their models.
Resend — sends your kit-ready email.
Cloudflare R2 — stores your generated files so you can download them.
Neon — our database (order records and the answers tied to your order).

Retention

We keep your order record, answers, and generated files for as long as needed to deliver the product, let you re-download it, and handle support and accounting. You can ask us to delete your data (see below); we’ll honor the request except where we’re required to keep certain records (for example, tax records of a sale).

To access, correct, or delete your data, email support@aprondoc.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We’ll revise the date below when we do.
